Moving Forward

So, we now know the results of the election. Whether it moved in your favor or not, you need it to be no longer relevant. You can’t control what happens in your external world. It was always going to be whatever it was going to be. However, WE have the control of our own world. Our thoughts, beliefs and emotions create our reality.

So…


If your president elect lost, grieve that. Go though the emotions, journal it out and talk to trusted friends. But remember to not stay there, because again, you are still in power of your own reality. Keep focused on your goals, and limit the amount of news you endure at this time. You don’t need to remain in a state of doom. In fact, celebrate that YOU still did your part by voting, and that was still in your control to do so. We have to celebrate even the things that don’t work out for us, because it honors your heart and intention, as it raises your vibration towards your passions. Now put that passion towards all that you want to achieve in your inner world.


If your president elect won, celebrate that! Many woke up full of adrenaline and hope pumped for a renewed beginning. Everyone, on both sides, have been in a state of doom, fear and desperation for at least a year, if not all 4 years. Now, the red side, are breaking through those limited feelings and are ready to move forward. So, utilize that spark of hope by remaining in that vibration and put that energy into what you wish to accomplish. Remember, part of receiving is also giving. Make sure you’re also giving kindness, respect and compassion to the opposite side.

 

So how do you create your own reality?

·        Remove your fears (journal, get support from a coach/therapist, shadow work, etc.)

·        Get into a mindset of consistently envisioning you reaching your highest desires (Best during meditation)

·        Get into the emotion and feeling of accomplishing your highest desires as if it has already happened (Best during box breathing)

·        Don’t try to control the situation; take the action needed and let go of the rest


By doing those things you are raising your vibration to attract it to you


More actionable tasks:

·        Create a to do list at night for the next day

·        Practice a healthy morning routine that includes 10-15 minutes of solitude first thing after waking up, before meeting life’s demands

·        Get clear on your goals, and set a future date of completion, along with sub tasks that will lead you to the completion of that goal

·        Have a clear “WHY” of why this goal is important to you
