Mentorship Individual Session

This is not a scheduled program that involves intense strategic techniques to work through a specific block in your life. The Mentorship Sessions are designed for the person that wants to meet consistently with someone who will genuinely listen, share simple strategies and helps guide them through their daily challenges.

This is perfect for someone who wishes to continue working together for simple guidance after attending the 4 or 6 week program, or for someone that wants to ease into a program.

There is more flexibility in this option as you may decide how frequently you wish to meet and when you feel like you have successfully worked through your challenges. This is a pay as you meet option, where you may cancel at anytime.

4 Week Program:

Mindset Strategy

This program is set up to meet once a week for 4 weeks straight with given homework, exercises and/or accountability check-ins throughout each week.

This program is best suited for someone that has primarily 1 major topic that they would like to work through in their life. This program is designed for the person that is ready for a breakthrough and no longer wants to make excuses. Our first session together is focused on identifying the cause, followed by two more sessions of working through those blocks and ending our last session creating a new way of living by doing what is aligned with who you truly are.

6 Week Program:

Holistic Healing & Growth

This program is set up to meet once a week for 6 weeks straight with given homework, exercises and accountability check-ins throughout each week.

This program is best suited for someone that has multiple areas in their life that they would like to work through.

You may expect a mixture of strategic methods, holistic healing, NLP techniques, and intense worksheets for clarity and identification of habits and blocks. This program is truly based on collaboration and breakthroughs, so it will look different for each client, however the goal is always to start with identifying the problems that are blocking you, the causes of those problems, taking time to work through them, and ending the program with new life tools and a new story to develop for yourself that is truly aligned and authentic to you

In my 6 years of experience, I have found that I have been able to

find the best programs for a client based on talking to them first.

Sometimes they need less than what they think they need and sometimes they need more.

Finances can be a factor as well, so speaking to what the client needs

and is most comfortable with is my number one priority and objective.

Due to these stipulations, I do not post pricing ahead of time.
